2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, over the phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed after a site visit or detailed assessment where required, and may change if the scope of work changes.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms (advance, partial, or on completion) are communicated at the time of quotation.
• Products remain the property of Tech.GoBright until payment is received in full.
• AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans renew on the terms agreed at signup and are billed in advance.

4. Warranty & AMC Coverage

Products sold by Tech.GoBright carry the warranty offered by the original manufacturer, and installation or repair work is covered by our own service warranty for the period specified at the time of service. AMC plans cover the scope of maintenance agreed in the contract; issues outside that scope, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

5. Installation & Service Appointments

We schedule installations and service visits based on availability and the details you provide about your location and requirements. Access to the site, power, and any necessary permissions must be arranged by the customer. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible so we can adjust our technician schedule.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a quote or service, ensuring safe and reasonable access for our technicians, and using installed systems and products as intended. Misuse of equipment or unauthorized third-party servicing may void applicable warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take care in every installation and repair, Tech.GoBright is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from equipment failure, power outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product or service in question.

8. Website & Content

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Tech.GoBright unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is free of errors at all times.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu.
